The OPE training program has been restructured to focus on the needs of the student and the learning process.

101 - Mapping the Journey, introduction to the Baldrige framework.
102 - Introduction to Baldrige Assessment.
111 - Criteria Training
121 - Beginning the Journey, writing the application for an Award.
151 - Apply the fedback report to your organization.
201 - Self Assessment
211 - Independent Assessment
311 - Team Leader Training
421 - Examiner Mentor Training
431 - Monitor Training

Prerequisite:

Approval of the Executive Director and courses 111, 211,
and 311 and/or equivalent experience of two or more years
as a National Examiner.

4 hours / $195

This program will assist the participant in gaining a detailed understanding of the OPE Award process, external assessment process, judging process, feedback report, and the team dynamics associated with an external assessment.
