The OPE training program has been restructured to focus on the needs of the student and the learning process.

101 - Mapping the Journey, introduction to the Baldrige framework.
102 - Introduction to Baldrige Assessment.
111 - Criteria Training
121 - Beginning the Journey, writing the application for an Award.
151 - Apply the fedback report to your organization.
201 - Self Assessment
211 - Independent Assessment
311 - Team Leader Training
421 - Examiner Mentor Training
431 - Monitor Training

Prerequisite:

Approval of the Executive Director, course 211, and work rated as Acceptable for three consecutive years or rated as Outstanding the prior year.



COURSE 421
4 hours / $195

In this program, the participant will gain an understanding of adult learning and analysis processes to enable an experienced examiner to serve as a mentor and coach to an individual with lesser experience.
