This course will provide a framework for an Organization
to Begin its Quality Journey through use of the
Baldrige Framework and the Assessment Programs of
the OPE. Participants will learn the basic elements
of the Criteria, the use of tools for beginning
the assessment process, and tips and techniques
on writing the first application for the OPE Award
Program.
