Training Curriculum - Course Catalog

The OPE training program has been restructured to focus on the needs of the student and the learning process.

101 - Mapping the Journey, introduction to the Baldrige framework.
102 - Introduction to Baldrige Assessment.
103 - Criteria Training
121 - Beginning the Journey, writing the application for an Award.
151 - Apply the fedback report to your organization.
201 - Self Assessment
311 - Team Leader Training
421 - Examiner Mentor Training
431 - Monitor Training

Notes:
1. Courses with higher course number indicate more advanced material. Courses may be scheduled back-to-back enabling participants to complete a program of study in one multi-day session.
2. A full Scholarship (ie: no cost to participant) is available for all courses if an individual desires to become an OPE Examiner, OPE
Examiner Mentor, or OPE Monitor, provided the individual commits to fulfilling their respective role for one award cycle.
3. Courses are scheduled on an as-needed basis.

4. Similar courses may be offered by organizations other than OPE. Before taking a course not offered directly by OPE, verify that the course is authorized by OPE and that proper credit will be received.
