Tracy Messana Joins Ohio Partnership for Excellence
June 07, 2007
Columbus, OH
The Ohio Partnership for Excellence is pleased to
announce that Tracy Messana has joined OPE as Special
Assistant to the Executive Director.
Tracy, originally from Bradford, Pennsylvania (typically
the coldest spot in the nation during winter) is a
Graduate of Gannon University in Erie, Pa. with a
BA in Communication/Arts. Tracy moved to Columbus
after graduation and began working for a production
home builder and was eventually promoted to Production
Coordinator. After spending 9 years in the work force
Tracy resigned when her first daughter was born.
Tracy and her husband Joe will be celebrating 19 years
of marriage this coming August. She has been a stay-at-home
mom for 13 years ("having loved every minute
of it") and is now ready to re-join the work
force. While spending a great amount of time volunteering
at her childrens school, Tracy and Joe also serve
as President of the Parent Teacher Fellowship. "I
look forward to meeting all of you at some point and
assisting you with whatever you need."
Please join the OPE Community in welcoming Tracy to
Ohio's Premier Quality Award Program!

All organizations face hurdles, some become
great, some stumble and sway, others just
fade away. Great organizations are able to
create a culture of excellence.
They create a way of doing business that sees
past the short term day-to-day struggle to
a long-term, sustainable vision of excellence.
