AWARDS

The Ohio Partnership for Excellence manages the Ohio Award for Excellence Program. This program offers organizations in all sectors the opportunity to receive varying levels of Feedback Reports and an evaluation of their achievement of success as compared to the Baldrige Criteria. The program is divided into two basic components, with multiple levels.

BRONZE AWARD
The first program is the entry level and culminates in the organization receiving the Bronze Award. The Bronze Level Award is given to those organizations who complete the entry level program under the guidance of an examiner/coach. This program runs year-round and has no defined application deadlines. Applicants are formally recognized at the annual conference.

FULL APPLICATION PROGRAM
The second program is the Full Application Program and follows the full criteria. Organizations of any sector or size may apply by submission of a Full Application that is responsive to all elements of the criteria. The requirements for application are outlined in a special publication. It can be downloaded from this site along with the Criteria. This program runs on an annual cycle and specific deadlines are required! Applicant's may be selected for a site visit as a part of this process - and it culminates in the review by a panel of Judges and the award of either the Silver Award, or the Gold Award, or the Platinum Award.

The Baldrige assessment process is the benchmark for improving organizational performance and achieving: predictable, reliable and repeatable results.
