OPE assists organizations through self-assessments by evaluating organizational approaches (processes), and the extent to which they are deployed, evaluated/improved, aligned and integrated throughout the organization, and their effectiveness at driving organizational results.Join us as a partner to support the continuance of our efforts to serve the people and organizations of Ohio by advancing performance excellence through education and training, leadership and advocacy, networking and sharing of best practices, assessment and feedback, and recognition.
